Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to own a bakery; not too many years later here we are. Paying homage to the simple baked goods of my youth and showcasing the skills gained over the years of my education we offer a variety of goods. After years of learning at home I continued my education at Johnson & Wales University completing degrees in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts and nutrition.
While in school I had the opportunity to study in France and gained a stronger passion for all things French pastry. Upon graduating I utilized my nutrition degree working as a chef in hospitals. It was beyond rewarding, just not in the ways I desired. I was missing the creativity and passion that brought me into food in the first place. After some persuasion from my parents I moved home and began working on opening my very own place. It has been a very interesting and at times overwhelming experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Everyday I pour my heart and soul into this business and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!
